Michaël Vidon

Michaël Vidon is a French poet, curator and MFL teacher based in the South of England. He worked in a range of educational and art organisations as a spoken word educator. His poems can be found in multiple magazines for instance Streetcake, Irisi Magazine, Harana Poetry. His work was selected to feature in exhibitions like ‘Home’ by Mellom Press (multilingual) and anthologies like Stephen Spender Prize Suggested Poems List or the Rewilding by Crested Tit Collective. He curates ‘Listen to the music’, a series of videos where poets of different languages discuss sound in poetry to perfect translation. He is interested in the crossovers between language learning, multilingualism and creative writing. He enjoys bridging languages and navigating the space between meanings in different languages.
